The Services are available only to businesses.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

You have the authority to bind that business to these Terms
You will use the Services solely for lawful business purposes
Individuals using the Services for personal or consumer use are not permitted.
5. Free Trials and Results-Based Offers
Optimate8 may, at its discretion, offer:

Free services until results are achieved
Such offers are promotional, non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. No guarantees of specific business results are made.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including for unused time or early cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

AI outputs are provided “as is”, with no guarantees of accuracy or results
AI outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice

Optimate8 is not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on AI outputs.

AI systems, prompts, workflows, and automations
Branding, trademarks, and proprietary materials
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Optimate8 intellectual property.
Client Content
You retain ownership of:
Your business data
Customer data you provide
Inputs, messages, and content submitted to the Services
You grant Optimate8 a limited, non-exclusive right to use such content solely to provide, operate, and improve the Services.
AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs are provided for your business use. Optimate8 makes no claim of ownership over your business use of outputs but disclaims all responsibility for their accuracy or legality.
10. Suspension and Termination
By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
By Optimate8
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:
You violate these Terms
Your use poses legal, security, or reputational risk
Required by law or third-party service providers
Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Optimate8 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
Optimate8 does not guarantee uptime, availability, or business outcomes
Total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Optimate8 in the three (3) months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optimate8 from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
